SEOUL CENTER BUILDING is located at Sogong-dong, the center of Seoul City. It is a business building with an excellent location which is be able to look down the City Hall Plaza and Deoksugung Palace. Seoul Center Building was built in 1971 with the design by an architect Park, ChunMyeong. It has been considered as a work that shows the technical level of a domestic aluminum curtain wall design in that era. It also shows the aesthetic of economic growth and engineering technology.
